I. Product Overview
Zinc-aluminum-magnesium steel coil is a new type of highly corrosion-resistant coated steel sheet. It is zinc-based, with 1.5%–11% aluminum, 1.5%–3% magnesium, and trace amounts of silicon added, forming a dense ternary eutectic coating through a hot-dip galvanizing process. This product combines excellent corrosion resistance, formability, and environmental friendliness. It is widely used in construction, home appliances, automotive, photovoltaic, and agricultural sectors, serving as an upgraded alternative to traditional galvanized steel and stainless steel.
2.Product Classification and Specifications
Classification by Aluminum Content
Low-Aluminum Zn-Al-Mg: Aluminum content 1%-3.5%, suitable for automotive, home appliance, construction and other fields.
Medium-Aluminum Zn-Al-Mg: Aluminum content 5%-11%, used in photovoltaic brackets, steel silos and other scenarios.
High-Aluminum Zn-Al-Mg: Aluminum content 55%, with the strongest corrosion resistance, used in building maintenance structures and substrates for high-corrosion-resistant color-coated plates.
Specification Parameters
Thickness Range: 0.27mm-9.0mm (regular 0.4mm-4.0mm).
Width Range: 580mm-2080mm (regular 1000mm-1600mm).
Coating Thickness: 60g/m²-450g/m² (double-sided), customizable according to requirements.
Surface Treatment: Passivation, anti-fingerprint, oiling, etc., to improve rust resistance and processing performance.
