Inspection of galvanized profiles for photovoltaic supports for Italian customers

Customer requirement: 280 tons of [hot-dip galvanized profile]

Based on the drawings provided by the customer, we carried out the 【cutting + drilling】 process.
The required thickness of the hot-dip galvanizing for the customer was 【55 micrometers】.
The actual measured zinc layer thickness during the inspection was the lowest at 【86 micrometers】 and the highest at 【222 micrometers】, which was far higher than the customer’s requirement.
