Al-Zn alloy coated steel sheet

The aluminized zinc steel plate substrate is an alloy coating composed of 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc and 1.5% silicon. Its anti-corrosion ability is 4 to 6 times that of the galvanized steel plate substrate under the same conditions. It is an ideal material for roofing and exterior walls.

  1. The base material of the colored aluminized zinc steel sheet is lightweight and highly strong steel.
  2. After continuous heat immersion treatment, an aluminized zinc alloy layer is formed on both sides of the steel sheet. Different environmental and field tests over 20 years have confirmed that in the same environment, the aluminized zinc steel sheet is more than four times more durable than galvanized steel.
  3. A chemical film is coated on the aluminized zinc steel sheet, and then an extremely corrosion-resistant epoxy base coat is applied on the chemical film to enhance the anti-corrosion function.
  4. The surface is coated with a special strong chemical polyester with excellent weather resistance to ensure that the aluminized zinc steel sheet can maintain its original color and luster after many years of use, and a light gray coating is applied to the bottom to make the steel sheet more aesthetically pleasing.
