Coated sheet (PPGI/PPGL) is a type of sheet material that undergoes surface pretreatment, coating with liquid paint, and is then cured through baking on a metal substrate (such as hot-dip galvanized sheet, hot-dip aluminum-zinc coated sheet, or electro-galvanized sheet). It is renowned for its light weight, aesthetic appearance, and excellent corrosion resistance, and is easy to be directly processed and used. The surface of the coated sheet is uniformly covered with a layer of zinc, which provides anodic protection and effectively extends the service life of the product. In addition, the coated sheet offers various coating options, including polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyvinylidene chloride (PVDC), and silicon-modified polyethylene terephthalate (SMP).
